>> BTC outbound transfers have two kind of transfers.
One is Timed transfer, unified transfer every 60 minutes.Every day for the first time free,
transfers exceeding 2 will be charged by the current network of the best fee 1/2.
The other is Real-time transfer (immediate dispatch). Each transfer is charged according to the current best fee on the blockchain network, and changes in real time.
>> All other transfers are real-time.
