1.How to create a Bixin account?
Bixin currently supports email account registration. You can sign up at bixin.com with your email address.
2.How to retrieve or modify the login/payment password?
You can select the login password or payment password through User Profile > Account Security and retrieve/modify it according to the prompts on the page. If you cannot find it by yourself, please contact official customer service, or send an email to support@bixin.com.
3.What should I do if my account or payment password is locked?
Account locks caused by multiple password errors will be automatically unlocked after 24hours.
For other account locking issues, please contact official customer service via support@bixin.com.
