1.How to verify your identity?
You can start the verification through Bixin Account > User Profile > Click "Unverified" status Or Account Security > Real Name > Verify Identity.
You can select the document type you wish to identify yourself with, such as Passport、Identity Card or Driving Licence.
The verification steps are Phone verification → Identity verification & Face recognition → Proof of address (if needed).
2.How can I keep my account safe?
Please keep your login/payment password properly, and be sure to complete your account verification. If you encounter any problems with your account, please contact official customer service immediately or send an email to support@bixin.com for assistance.
