How to Perform Individual Identity Verification?

Verification Instructions:

The individual verification process is as follows:

1. Click on the avatar in the top right corner of the Bixin.com official website and select "Verify".
2. Upon reaching the certification interface, select "Individual" to begin the certification.
   
3. Users can choose the corresponding certification type based on their needs.

   Retail User certification

   You need to complete the following certification steps:
   • Complete personal basic information verification, including "Personal Particulars," "Identity Verification," and "Proof of Address."
   • In the Assessment section, complete the "Investment Risk Orientation Questionnaire" and "Virtual Asset Knowledge Test."
   • In the Certification section, complete the "Certified for the licensed or registered persons."

   Basic Information Verification:

   First, you need to complete the Basic Information . Click on "Verify" to start the verification process.
    
   
   Personal Particulars: After selecting"Verify", fill in your Personal Particulars. You can refer to the Individual Customer Onboarding Form, confirm that you have prepared the required information, and fill in the details as prompted.
   
   The required information must be filled in. After completion, continue filling in the details based on your actual situation.
   
   After completing the personal particulars, click "Next," to move to the identity verification page. It will indicate that the personal information has been successfully submitted, and the submitted information will be saved.
   Identity Verification: Click 'Next' to start the identity verification process.
   
   After clicking "Start," you can choose to use your mobile phone or computer for additional verification. Upon redirecting to the verification page, follow the instructions to capture images of the front and back of your identification document and undergo facial recognition.
   
   After completing identity verification, the page will display "Under Review." Click "Next" to proceed with address proof.
   
   Address proof : Fill in the information as prompted on the page and upload the address proof documents.
   
   Before submitting the address proof, you can click on "Preview" or "Back" to review whether the information you provided is correct. You can make changes to your personal details before final submission.
   If you are confident that the information is filled in correctly, click "Submit." After submitting the address proof, basic information cannot be modified. Please patiently wait for the staff to review.

   Assessments：

   After the basic information is approved, complete the "Risk Profile Questionnaire and Virtual Assets Knowledge Test" in the Assessments section.
   
   When taking the assessment, please read the relevant prompts on the page carefully and complete the questionnaire and tests based on your actual situation.
   
   

   certification

   After completing the assessment, you are required to complete the Certified for the licensed or registered persons.
   
   The verification method can be chosen by uploading proof documents for licensee verification or by contacting the account opening team for face-to-face verification (only available for Hong Kong users). After submitting the relevant documents, please wait for the verification process.
   
   After the verification for the licensed or registered persons is approved, your account is verified.
   

   Professional Investor Verification

   After completing the retail user verification steps, if you need to complete professional investor verification, click on "Advanced Verify", enter the verification page, and then click on "Approved" under Basic Information and assessment. Submit relevant information according to the instructions on the page.
